How long does it usually take to process my application? All application are usually processed within five business days.

I've submitted the Independent Contractor application form and have not received a response. What should I do? You may feel free to follow up on your application with us after five business days.

I've followed up with my application and still have not received a response. Why not? You are contacted based on your qualifications and the availability of shops in your area. Every client has different requirements for video shoppers and location of video shops. When a shop becomes available, we carefully select profiles that match client specifications. You may receive jobs quickly or quite often, but it may also be a few months before we can use you.

What metro areas do you operate in? Currently, we perform shops all throughout North America. While most of our shops occur in large metropolitan areas, we do preform shops in small towns and rural areas. Locations of shops vary monthly.

I’ve been asked to email a copy of my driver’s license and a current photo, but I don’t have a scanner. What can I do? If you do not have access to a scanner you can visit any Kinko’s. They provide computers with fax machines and high speed internet access at a very affordable price. There are a variety of other shipping/office supply stores/printing boutiques that also offer scanning services. We require legible copies of both of these items and appreciate your ability to send these as .jpg file attachments to us. If this does not work for you, you can contact our Recruiting Manager for other options but preference will be given to applicants who send in attachments as requested.

I am getting an error message while taking the certification test.What can I do to rectify the situation?

                                                               i.      Please make sure you are using a High Speed Internet provider, Not Dial Up.

                                                             ii.      Make sure your computer has Macromedia Flash Player downloaded and up-to-date.

                                                            iii.      Make sure you are using a PC and not a MAC.

                                                           iv.      Please use Internet Explorer and not Fire Fox.

                                                             v.      Temporarily disengage all pop-up blocker programs.

I did not get my certification number after my test was completed. How can I get that number? E-mail the recruiter at recruiter@videoeyes.net with your test scores and a return e-mail will be forwarded back to you with that information.

Why do you need a recent picture of me, especially since I have sent you my Driver's Liscense and it has a picture of me on it? Recent pictures give us a better idea of what you look like here and now. Some ID photos are not up to date, hence it will not show features like weight loss/gain, cosmetic enhancements, eyewear, etc. We would prefer that you send us pictures viewing you from the waist up to the top of the head.

When signing up for Bare Associates, they ask me for my Checking Account Number. How can I bypass this if I don't want direct deposit? Video Eyes does not currently use direct deposit, so this can be avoided by entering the number zero into the spaces.

Can I use my license picture to satisfy both picture requirements? NO. We need a spearate picture.
