Position Profile
Position Title: Account Manager FLSA: Exempt
Reports To: Operations Manager
Key Role: Oversee all apartment video shop accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary client contact for all apartment clients.
- Review program with client.
- Plan and prepare the program, inputting units/assignments into database and confirming shopper resources, communicating needs to Recruiter.
- Create and maintain detailed account records for duration of all projects.
- Track all client locations as units open/relocate/close/change names.
- Schedule regular video/written shop assignments using Zeus database.
- Use Apollo/Zeus to track assignment scheduling and confirm that video projects are completed in a timely fashion.
- Monitor video shopper progress, follow up with and coach shoppers throughout process, reschedule when needed.
- Work with clients to continually improve their mystery shopping programs and processes.
- Continually review final video products for quality purposes.
- Provide client with weekly progress updates.
- After project completion, review program success and cost effectiveness with supervisor and client.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Experience: 1-2 years as an apartment leasing agent/consultant, or apartment property manager/assistant manager is required.
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Ability to work independently and to schedule time and resources effectively.
- Refined attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including email.
- Ability to problem-solve and find creative solutions to unexpected problems using available resources/ flexibility to deal with unplanned events.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of completion within a deadline-driven environment.
