The Process:
A) Program Development
We are pleased to share our extensive knowledge and experience. Each client has a different blueprint for success and we look forward to assisting you in the development of a program to meet your operational goals.

B) Program Rollout
In creating a positive and constructive training program, employees are asked to sign a consent form. This addresses all legal considerations and allows the program to be a positive, motivating tool for your employees. We can address any legal questions and provide information to help you successfully introduce the program to your employees.

C) Visitation
Video shoppers visit your locations and act as a typical customer. The employee's interactions with the video shoppers are videotaped using state-of-the-art hidden video equipment. You are welcome to provide us with specific scenarios or guidelines that you want the video shopper to adhere to during their visit. Visits can be scheduled on days and times of your choosing.

D) Video Delivery
95% of our clients take delivery of video shops via our password protected downloadable streaming video (at no additional charge). DVD & CD options are also available.

E) Motivate Employees
We offer customized employee self-performance worksheets which allow employees to rate their own video performance. The employee may then complete an "action plan" for improvement and discuss with their supervisor. This removes the traditional barrier of communication between employer and employee.

F) Program Options
We also offer written and telephone mystery shops. All results are available via our proprietary web based delivery.
