What does it mean to become Video Certified with BARE International? Being Video Certified means that you have taken all necessary steps to learn about the video equipment that we use for assignments, our program and have a full understanding of the client’s needs and wants to ensure a successful shop completion.

All equipment is property of BARE, thus it is mailed to you on an as-needed basis when you are scheduled to complete assignments. We request that all equipment is returned in a timely manner so that other evaluators may complete assignments in their areas. When we have more assignments available, we will of course work to have you scheduled and will send equipment at that time.

We are highly interested in reliable individuals who have a keen interest in helping us complete shops, and who also have a flexible schedule and can travel to complete assignments on an as-needed, sometimes last minute basis. While video mystery evaluations can be fun and entertaining, they can also be challenging. We feel that it is important to always ask questions. Assignments are scheduled based on availability, reliability and responsibility. As an Independent Contractor assignments are not guaranteed.

We provide you with the training needed to be successful and the equipment you need to fulfill assignments. We ask that in return you commit to using the procedures and processes that have been put into place. In all cases, call us immediately if something is going to prevent you from being able to keep your commitment or is preventing you from completing your assignment by an agreed upon date.
